1. Logistics express selection

our company has cooperated with many express companies. Large items: by default, ZTO Express is sent. Small pieces: can be sent by post, yunda, if you need other express delivery, please contact customer service to make up the difference.

2. Delivery time

customers who place orders before 4 pm on the same day can generally deliver the goods, and customers do not guarantee to deliver the goods on the same day after 4 pm. Please contact customer service for urgent orders.

Note: Due to the wide variety of products, it is inevitable that the phenomenon of shortage will occur. Please understand the inconvenience caused to customers. If the customer's product is less than 30%, we will not notify the customer to deliver the existing goods. The remaining out-of-stock products will be reissued within 3 days. For out-of-stock customers, free shipping for the second purchase! Thank you for your understanding and support.

3. Out of stock

after receiving the product, the customer shall immediately check whether the product is consistent with the order. Please contact our customer service on the same day. For more than 3 days, the company will handle it as appropriate.

4. Return and exchange.

The customer can return the goods for free within one week after receiving the goods, and the return and return freight shall be borne by himself. Customers over one week will deduct 10% of the loss fee without affecting the second sale. 30% of the loss fee will be deducted for one month.
