Since the glass product is fragile, in order to prevent malicious return: within 12 hours after receiving the goods (the signing time shall prevail), if there is any damage, please contact us in time, and provide photos on the day of receipt, we will properly handle this matter, please rest assured to buy.

2. If no photos are uploaded or the customer service is notified on the day of receipt, the goods will arrive safely. Please forgive us for not accepting reasons such as throwing things away and not taking photos or without mobile phones or cameras. Please note that if you contact for compensation within 12 hours, it is not within the scope of compensation.

3. Because glass products are fragile, we will use a lot of filler. Please do not throw away the packing box or any filler before confirming the receipt, so as not to handle the normal goods as filler.

Crushing product treatment

Reissue: we will re-arrange the reissue within the first time (only reissue once) and the freight will be borne by us.

Refund: if the buyer does not require replenishment to request a refund, the refund amount is equal to the actual payment fee.
