  Special emphasis: We do not accept returns in principle (products with quality issues can be negotiated for exchange, but the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. Our quotes are all ex-factory prices without any fees. Our products are inspected by quality inspectors before shipment, but due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from quality issues upon arrival. 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.)

  The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete product packaging, missing product accessories or related documents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and goods beyond the post-sale service period.

   

• Shipping time

   

  After the customer pays for the order and the order is generated, we will arrange the goods immediately and generally ship within 1-3 days. Due to the need for stock preparation (some products may be out of stock and require production), we kindly ask all customers to book as early as possible according to actual conditions to avoid any delays. This will help ensure that we can arrange the goods promptly when you need them, thereby avoiding any impact on your business operations. For orders where all the goods arrive on the same day, we will ship them on the same day. Please do not worry about this.

   

• Receiving Standards:

   

  1. Please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel when you pick up the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the compensation, and if it cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away first, contact us for consultation at the freight station; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accept the goods.

   

  2. All products of our factory are strictly tested before shipment. Since they are plastic toys, we guarantee a quality assurance pass rate of over 97%-98%. There is an unforeseeable problem rate of 2%-3%, which is within the scope of exemption.

   

  3. Since we ship through logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there may be some minor damage in normal transportation. Each logistics company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. Damage to toys during transportation may occur, and we do not assume the risk of the transportation party. It is recommended to buy insurance during the transportation process, with a normal handling fee of 3%-5%. Please carefully inspect the goods before picking up.

   

  4. We ship on behalf of our clients and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All shipping costs are collect on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there are any damages, the shipping costs can be used as a guarantee. Generally, it is recommended not to prepay.

   

• Exclusion of Liability

• 1. All goods are produced and shipped based on customer orders. The products are generally made of plastic materials, and the packaging is made of paper. During transportation, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collisions, or minor deformations in the packaging of some color boxes). To avoid damage, we will use double-layer logistics packaging, add cushioning, and stack tightly to avoid damage. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not bear the responsibility for damage caused by transportation. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it will not be used as a reason for returning the goods.

   

  2. Our toys are of good quality and affordable, and they are really worth the money. Some buyers have found that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, and not of high-quality materials, which is different from what they expected, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues. Nothing is perfect, and we have uploaded the actual photos of each product. We apologize for any inconvenience to buyers who are too picky.
