Option One: If the watch you receive is damaged or has quality issues, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the goods. For products with quality issues that are below 500 yuan, the return shipping fee will be shared by both parties. Please notify us before sending the product back, and please package it for us. The buyer should pay for the return shipping fee first, and after we receive and confirm the product is undamaged, we will reimburse ten yuan shipping fee to your Alipay account.

Option 3: For damage caused by human error, we can only help with repairs. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We offer free maintenance for issues with the movement, and for problems requiring replacement parts, we charge the corresponding fees based on the parts. If you find this difficult to accept or if you only want to order once, please weigh your options carefully, as we are also selecting our customers when you choose a supplier. We only want to work with customers who are willing to establish long-term partnerships.

Scheme 4: For customers who use our consignment service, we will cover the shipping fee for any mistakes made by the consignee, up to a maximum of 10 yuan. All other after-sales risks are the responsibility of the consignee. We support a 7-day return policy with no questions asked. If the product is returned in its original condition, we guarantee a full refund. If the product is returned but cannot be resold due to damage or use, we will deduct the corresponding depreciation costs based on the different accessories.
