2. Explanation regarding the sample details:
(1) Only upon clear and specific ordering intentions (including product model, quantity required, printing requirements), can our company provide you with relevant product samples. Due to limited sample inventory, we cannot accept requests to order bulk product samples from us for the establishment of a gift website by a newly founded gift company or to store samples for customers' future use. We hope you understand this.
(2) Any party requesting samples from our company, regardless of product size or quantity, must pay a sample deposit.
(3) After signing the formal contract, the sample deposit paid will be offset against the payment for the ordered products. In other words, the sample is provided to you for free.
(4) Upon receiving the relevant funds, our company will immediately arrange to send out product samples.
(5) The shipping costs for sending samples shall be borne by the buyer, and the courier company will collect them on-site when delivering to the customer’s location.
3. Instructions on shipping time:
For wholesalers and supermarkets, we usually have inventory available; orders will be shipped within 1–2 days after payment. For standard orders and gift orders, production scheduling is determined based on the specific requirements and quantity requested by the customer. (Please note that shipping time is an uncertain factor, especially for long-distance deliveries—ensure you have enough time in mind.)

 4. Instructions regarding transportation (logistics/courier):
(1) The buyer may arrange transportation themselves or through our company; the transportation costs shall be borne by the buyer. You should be aware that there is no uniform standard for freight rates in the transportation industry. Charges typically depend on the distance and nature of the goods, as well as the time and type of cargo. There may be variations in fees at transport stations, mainly determined by the number of trucks available on that day. As our customer, we will compare multiple options and select a cost-effective and secure freight station for you. After shipment, we will promptly provide you with the shipment reference number and consultation phone number in a convenient manner.
(2) When the goods arrive, generally, the buyer needs to collect them at the local freight station. If delivery to home is required, the local freight station will charge a delivery fee.
(3) Some areas cannot be reached by logistics companies. Therefore, before placing an order, please discuss the shipping route with us. Only through a shipping method approved by us can the transaction be completed.
(4) The delivery time varies depending on the distance. Please consult the store for specific locations. Additionally, since we have no control over the logistics company, delays due to weather or road conditions may occur occasionally. We hope the buyer can understand this.

5. Regarding the delivery receipt instructions:
All products are carefully counted multiple times by the allocation staff, outbound staff, driver, and logistics station before shipment to ensure the quantity is accurate. However, instances of reduced quantity during transportation still occur occasionally! Customers are advised to check the outer packaging thoroughly upon receipt. If the packaging is incomplete, please count the goods in person before signing for delivery. If any shortages are found, immediately contact the logistics department and reach out to us.
