How many pieces are required for a batch, and do you support mixed batches? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the freight calculated?

All products can be ordered in minimum quantities as shown on the website; mixed batch orders are supported with no quantity limit; and two types of transactions are available: Alipay and direct bank transfers.

We clearly state the weight of each product on our website. When you place an order, the system automatically calculates the weight, and the shipping fee is automatically generated based on the weight. The shipping fee generated is for express delivery. If you need to send the goods by logistics, please contact our customer service to modify the shipping fee. The logistics shipping fee is collect on delivery.



Are the goods available for the listed products? What should I do if there are no goods?



All our products are sold on a stock basis, and the items displayed on the page are all in stock. Please rest assured to purchase. Due to the large variety of goods and daily sales volume, there may be cases of stock shortages caused by the failure to remove products in a timely manner. Please understand, and we will contact you by phone or Alipay to resolve the issue.



I have already paid. When will the goods be shipped, and how long will it take to receive them?



Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship your order within 24-48 hours after your payment is successful, based on the order payment sequence. The delivery time may vary due to distance, weather, and the operational procedures of different courier companies. Normally, for orders shipped to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, it usually takes 1-2 days. For Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it takes 2-3 days. For other regions, it takes 3-5 days. For remote areas, it takes 4-7 days. For provincial logistics, it usually takes 3-7 days! If you have not received the item after the corresponding days, please contact our customer service. (If there are delays or loss of parcels due to peak season for online sales, sudden increase in shipment volume, or courier company overflow, please understand. We will make appropriate arrangements.)



What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock?



If there are any shortages or quality issues with the goods after receipt, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. For goods with quality issues, please take photos of the goods upon receipt and send them to us for confirmation. You can send us images through our Alipay. We will give you a satisfactory solution. If there are shortages, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund if the shortage is noted on the list.



I have received the goods, but I am not very satisfied with them. Is it possible to exchange or return them?



If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within 7 days after receiving it. Please note that the product must not be used and the original packaging must be intact. The shipping fee is on your own.

The following circumstances are not refundable.

A returned product with damaged packaging or incomplete, missing accessories or documentation.



Unauthorized repair or modification.

Seasonal products that are past their expiration date are non-refundable (e.g., fans in summer and warm patches in winter).

For products that have been discontinued by our company, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.





Placing an order will be deemed as consent to the following terms:

(1) The amount can be mixed batching as long as it reaches 500 yuan, and the quantity is unlimited; each product is ordered according to the minimum order quantity on the Internet.



(2) Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will make every effort to notify you by phone if there are any stockouts. Since the profit margin on these products is low, for any stockout products after receipt, we will apply for a refund based on the shipping list, and we will not send replacements.



(3) When mixing batches, there may be missing shipments. If you find that the quantity of goods received is less than the ordered quantity, please contact us immediately. The validity period is within 3 days after receiving the goods. If the limit is exceeded, we will not provide services. After confirmation, we will make up for the unpaid amount in the first time.



(4) If there are no quality problems with the products received, they cannot be returned. We will bear the return freight costs for products with quality issues. For all exchange orders, you are responsible for the freight costs.



(5) If there is a shortage of goods, please note in the order message: 'Please notify me if there is a shortage!'



(6) Regarding express delivery, if there is no note, we will send the default express of our store. If it cannot be delivered, please contact the customer to send other express. If you need to send other express, you need to make up the difference.





1. Our store defaults to using YTO, Shenzhen Express, and Tennen Tee Express for delivery. If the service is unavailable, please contact the customer.

2. The system will automatically calculate the courier fee based on your address and the weight of your goods. You can see it after you submit your order.

3. If you have specified the logistics company, please note the pickup address and phone number in Yiwu when placing the order. If you have not specified the logistics company, we will arrange the logistics for you, but we cannot guarantee that the pickup point is very close.

The logistics freight is not collected by us, and the buyer can pay the freight directly to the logistics company when picking up the goods.

4. After payment, the goods will be shipped within 72 hours.

5. If there are any stock shortages, please note in the order comments, 'Please notify me if there are stock shortages.'!

6. Our store operates on low margins, and in the event of damage to the products during transportation, both parties will bear half of the responsibility (the damage is very rare). Please accept this before placing your order.
