2. Due to the special requirements of advertising umbrella, after making the effect picture, please carefully check whether the layout we sent you is completely correct, if there is anything wrong, please contact customer service to correct it in time. If no error is found and corrected, our store will not bear any responsibility once printed, so please confirm the effect picture and detail picture carefully, in order to avoid the pleasure of both parties, please understand!!
3. After confirming the layout, arrange production and printing. According to different quantities, the production cycle is different. The details are subject to customer service contact or contract time determination,

6. Due to the innovation of products and the replacement of raw material suppliers, the fabrics, colors, parts, specifications, etc. of the products you order (including customers who have taken samples), may be changed or upgraded, please refer to the final product.
7. Digital printing printing, there may be some differences in product stitching patterns, which is normal. Hope you understand!
Note: Due to the particularity of customized umbrellas, customized umbrellas cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (very important). Please consider carefully before placing an order. If it is unacceptable, please do not buy it.
Due to different production batches, some umbrella surfaces are not printed with UV words, and there is no after-sales treatment for printing UV.

Return and exchange services are not provided under the following circumstances
1. If the goods are received, they will not be opened in person to sign for the inspection. If the express delivery is damaged, the buyer will take care of everything.

3. Used products or artificially defaced
