Application and Sufficiency:
This adhesive can be used on various boards such as wood, plywood, fire-resistant board, density board, linseed board, curly willow board, aluminum plastic board, etc. It can also be used to bond other materials such as some steel, aluminum, rubber, plastic, leather, and fabric.
This adhesive is widely used in interior decoration, art advertising, and automotive interiors.
Usage Method:
Wipe off the grease, dust, and other contaminants from the adhesive surface. If the surface contains a release agent (which is applied to the mold during product molding to prevent adhesion), it should be cleaned with a solvent before bonding. For particularly smooth and difficult-to-adhere surfaces, it is necessary to rough the surface. If the surface is high in moisture content, it should be dried first, and then bonding can be performed.
Use a brush or scraping board to evenly coat the adhesive on the bonding surface from the inside out (if large-area bonding is required, it is recommended to coat the adhesive simultaneously on both bonding surfaces). Allow the adhesive to dry at room temperature and a humidity of less than 70% for 5 to 15 minutes (until the adhesive layer is slightly not sticky to the touch).
◆ Align the adhesive surface once, squeeze from the inside out (to remove air bubbles), and tap with a rubber mallet or wood mallet to compress firmly. The strength can be reached after 24 hours.
