Production Process

Select 8-160 mesh clean quartz sand with no impurities (strictly control the moisture content) 90-98 parts, inorganic pigment 1-8 parts, enamel fusing agent 1-2 parts; mix the inorganic pigment 1-8 parts and fusing agent 1-2 parts to form a uniformly fine powder with a uniform particle size, and then mix the quartz sand 90-98 parts together evenly. High-temperature sintering is performed at a temperature of 350-900°C, and the sintering time is 10-15 minutes. This can obtain a colored enamel sintering sand.
