Purchasing Terms

Regarding color difference: Due to the factors of photography lighting, there is a color difference between the actual product and the images.The color difference between the pot body and the lid will also exist in the same color system.

Regarding defects: Most of the processes for making the casseroles are handmade, and the materials are coarse. Minor pinholes, glaze scars, and slight deformations are all considered normal.

Regarding size deviations: After firing, the size of ceramic casseroles may exhibit some deviations, +/-5% being considered normal.

About Logistics and Freight

We will arrange the logistics according to the style and quantity of the order placed by the buyer. If the buyer has a direct freight logistics partnership, please inform us in advance.

If the shipping fee shows as 0 Yuan, it means free shipping. If it shows as additional shipping fee, it does not include shipping. For specific shipping fees, please consult our customer service. We will calculate the reasonable and discounted shipping fees based on the number of products you select and your shipping address. For returns due to non-quality issues, the shipping fee cannot be refunded. For returns of goods that are free shipping, the shipping fee will need to be deducted from the shipping cost incurred at the time of shipment.

About Transportation Damage

Since the casserole is a fragile ceramic item, most merchants do not assume responsibility for damage during transportation. However, we promise that as long as the shipment is made in full cases and is protected by wooden crates, any damage during transportation will be borne by our factory. You can rest assured and place your order without concern.

If there is any damage in transportation, please contact our customer service within 72 hours after signing on Alipay, and we will not provide exchange or return after the deadline.

About invoicing
The prices above do not include tax. We provide invoice services, but they are only available to enterprises (the invoice for a tax invoice must be made through a public-to-public transfer). We send paper invoices via SF Express with the cost paid by the recipient. For specific details, please consult our customer service.
