Brewing process

Montes has always adhered to the concept of sustainable development, and it is a winery that promotes dry farming in Chilean vineyards, significantly improving the utilization rate of water resources. Since 2000, by continuously monitoring pests and diseases, water resources, and nutrient supply, Montes ensures the sustainable use of pesticides, fertilizers, and water resources. On the other hand, the winery uses grape pulp (skin and seeds) to make compost, and in wine production, it adopts advanced gravity flow technology to minimize human intervention as much as possible.
