1. About price:
1. All unit price in our store are wholesale prices (excluding tax and freight);
2. Due to the price fluctuation of stainless steel raw materials, the product price has been settled on the same day.
II. Wholesale instructions:

3. About color difference:
due to different factors such as the shooting light source, the resolution of the display, personal understanding of color, etc., there may be some deviations between the real object and the photo. The actual product shall prevail. This problem is not a product quality problem. Buyers who cannot accept any color difference should consider it carefully.
4. Shipping instructions:
1. Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered within 15 days after payment (weekend extension). In case of national legal holidays and special periods (such as summit, epidemic blockade, etc.), the delivery time will be delayed. For customized products, please contact customer service.
2. Our factory will arrange the most suitable logistics (express delivery) for you according to the order location. If there is any designation, please inform the customer service in advance.
3. For customers who meet the wholesale conditions, please contact customer service to modify the freight after placing the order (other customers' freight will not be discounted).
5. Customization instructions:
1. Can accept any LOGO, color box, size, material, appearance color, stained paper pattern, various production processes (water ferry, matte, paint, silk screen) and other customization, please contact customer service if you need customization, provide your customized requirements and customized source files.
2. Different customization has different MOQ, please contact customer service staff for details.
6. About inventory:
all products except customized products are in stock. However, because our factory has a large number of offline wholesale customers, some products are temporarily out of stock occasionally. In case of shortage, the customer service of Lang home will inform you of the replacement in time. If the customer does not agree to exchange the goods, our factory will return the excess payment to you in time.
VII. After-sales service:
the customer must open the box to check the product when receiving the goods. Timely feedback the receipt information within 7 days after receiving the goods (logistics damage, lack of goods, wrong delivery, other quality problems, etc.). If there are any quality problems such as transportation loss, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate stamped with fresh seal and provide this certificate to us, and we will assist the customer in making a claim. If there is any false report, it will not be accepted once verified.
1. Quality problem: if there is any damage, shortage of goods, wrong delivery, etc., contact customer service to handle it within 7 days after receiving the goods (photos are required for damage). For other quality problems, contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods (beyond 7 days will not be accepted). If you need replacement service, please return it within 3 days after registration. Please pack the products and keep them in good condition.
2. Non-quality problems: color difference, unsalable, off size, color dissatisfaction, and imaginary reasons. No actual quality problems will be handled.
3. Seven-day replacement: some products in our store support seven-day replacement. If the products are damaged due to personal reasons, there are dirt, incomplete and used products, which will affect the secondary sales, if the buyer fails to check the damage situation and sign for it directly when signing, it cannot be replaced within 7 days. The return freight incurred by the replacement of the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
4. Do not return products that are not in our store to avoid inconvenience caused by returning them again.
