How are products with multiple styles and colors shipped?
 Regarding the variety of styles and colors, most of our products support color selection for shipping. For mixed-color products with special requirements, buyers can contact our customer service to negotiate solutions. We will make every effort to meet your needs.
4: About the shipping time?
 The order will be shipped within 48 hours after payment, and there may be a slight delay for large events or other special circumstances. Please refer to the store announcement for the latest information.
5: About the shipping method?
 Home furnishings are fragile and heavy, so it is generally safer and cheaper to send them in bulk by logistics. The fee is usually based on volume, and the freight is paid upon arrival. Mixed batches can also be sent by courier, and we work with Huitong Express. The courier charges by weight, and the freight must be paid in advance. Please contact the customer service after purchasing to confirm the freight.

Can logistics reach remote areas?
 Yiwu's logistics industry is very developed, and basically, there are direct logistics services to all prefecture-level cities in the country (excluding some regions). The cost per box is 10-40 yuan, and for boxes that need to be transferred to county-level areas, it will be an additional 10 yuan per box. The more boxes you have, the cheaper it gets. At the same time, we will try our best to arrange for the logistics company to cooperate with the one that is closest to your location.
7: How are defects, damage, and quality issues handled?
 Home furnishings are not like other products, and some may have minor imperfections. This is part of the charm of handmade crafts. Those who are sensitive to these should be cautious when purchasing. For damaged items, if the damage is irreparable, both parties will share the cost equally. If the damage is repairable, we will send replacement parts the next time we receive an order. We will do our best to ensure that the packaging is well protected. For quality issues, we take full responsibility, and the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Can samples and customizations be made for the available products?
 Sample fees are charged at twice the wholesale price and will be refunded after the return order is placed. Customization and adding LOGO are supported. For specific costs, please contact our customer service.
