Pneumatic grease gun, also known as pneumatic grease injector, is a machine that increases pressure to inject grease into lubrication positions. It is widely used in industries such as machine tools, equipment, automobiles, ships, etc. With the continuous development and progress of industry, the use of lubricating oil in mechanical components has also received attention. The traditional grease gun that relies on the arm to provide pressure has long been unable to meet the needs of the development of the times. How to better provide lubrication and maintenance services for machine tools, equipment, automobiles, ships, etc., has become the mission of the grease machine industry, especially for the higher pressure requirement of grease injection. Working Principle
High-pressure pneumatic grease gun, composed of an air pump connected to a plunger pump, is known as the oil injection pump. It consists of a grease storage tank, an oil injection gun, a high-pressure rubber hose, and a quick-change fitting.
(1) The upper portion of the oil injection pump is an air pump, which is driven by compressed air entering the valve chamber through sliding blocks and sliding valves. This air flow directional change device allows air to enter the piston's upper end or lower end of the cylinder, enabling the piston to automatically change directions for intake and exhaust within a certain stroke, thus performing a reciprocating motion. The lower portion of the oil injection pump is a plunger pump, which derives its power from the air pump. Both are connected by a connecting rod and perform synchronous reciprocating motion. The plunger pump contains two unidirectional valves: one is a four-foot valve flange that is wrapped around the lifting rod for axial sealing; the other is a nylon piston at the end of the plunger rod, which is linearly sealed by a conical surface with the discharge valve seat. Their operation is synchronous with the oil injection pump's reciprocating motion. When the plunger rod moves upward, the nylon piston closes, and the lifting rod connected to the lifting plate lifts the oil upward, pushing the four-foot valve open to enter the pump; when the plunger rod moves downward, the four-foot valve closes, and the oil in the pump is squeezed open by the plunger rod to open the nylon piston valve again to discharge oil. This way, as long as the oil injection pump moves up and down, it can generate high pressure to achieve oil discharge.
(2) The oil storage cylinder is equipped with a rubber seal piston, which allows the oil in the cylinder to continuously press the piston under the action of the screw pressure, isolating the pollution and maintaining the cleanliness of the oil.
(Three) The oiling gun is a tool used in the oiling process, which transports the high-pressure oil from the pump through a high-pressure rubber hose to the gun. The gun's nozzle is directly in contact with the required oiling point, and when the trigger is pulled, the oil is injected into the required area.
