Purchasing Terms and Conditions:
1. Quality issues (objective factors):
Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods, take photos to confirm if the product quality issue is eligible for exchange or return. If no photos are provided or contact is made after the deadline, the customer will bear the loss.
The freight costs for quality issues will be borne by our company.
2. Non-quality issues (dimensions, color, personal preferences, etc.):
In the event that it has not been used and does not affect our second-hand sales,,
Within 7 days of receiving the goods, contact customer service for a return or exchange (please note the model, size, and color of the replacement). Send the product back to our company and provide the customer service with the express delivery tracking number. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is undamaged, we will give you a refund or exchange.
The round-trip freight is borne by the buyer.
3. Shortage or incorrect shipment:
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods, providing the tracking number, the shipping list, photos of the goods, and the actual weight you received. If you do not provide or contact us after the deadline, the loss will be borne by the customer. After confirming the discrepancy in the shipment, we will send you a replacement.
4. Return/Exchange:
Please make sure to note down any product issues and return/exchange requirements, as well as your address and contact information.
