Are the goods available for the listed products? What should I do if there are no goods?
All our products are sold on a stock basis, and the items displayed on the page are all in stock. Please feel free to purchase with confidence. Due to the large variety of products and daily sales volume, it is not possible to update the stock status in a timely manner.
The shortage caused is regrettable. Please understand, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to handle the situation.
We have already paid. When will the goods be shipped, and how long will it take to receive them?
Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship your order within 24-28 hours after your payment is successful, taking the order payment sequence into account. The delivery time may be affected by distance, weather, and other uncertain factors.
What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock?
If there are any shortages or quality issues with the goods after receipt, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. For goods with quality issues, please take pictures of the goods upon receipt and send them to the customer service.
I have received the goods, but I am not very satisfied with them. Is it possible to exchange or return them?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within 7 days after receiving it, provided that it has not been used and does not affect the resale. The shipping fee is on your own.
The following circumstances are not refundable.

Please contact the warehouse to verify the weight of the shipping document and confirm the goods sent through the software. If there is a shortage, we will arrange for a re-delivery as soon as possible.
If the goods have been shipped normally and are received without counting the quantity or checking the condition of the items, the loss will be borne by the individual.
