1、Side-body Skipping
This action can train your endurance, strengthen your external and internal rotator muscles. Stand side by side with one person in front of the other, facing the skipping rope. Start by side-stepping over the rope with one foot, then jump diagonally back to your original position. When jumping, make sure to swing your arms vigorously. After jumping for 1 minute, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat the exercise twice.

2. Basic skills of rope skipping: Simple rope skipping method
Prepare to jump: Stand with your feet together and perform a jumping exercise for 2 to 3 minutes (jump height of 3 to 5 centimeters).

Start skipping rope, pay attention to the arc-shaped movement of your wrist. Beginners should start with 10 to 20 jumps, rest for 1 minute, and then repeat 10 to 20 jumps. Non-beginners can start with 30 jumps, rest for 1 minute, and then jump another 30 times.

3. Single-Leg Knee-Bend Jump
Bend the right knee and lift it forward. Point your toes and jump on one leg for 10 to 15 times, then repeat the same movement with the left leg. Rest for 30 seconds, and do 2 rounds on each side.

Split-Leg and Clam-Leg Jump
Begin with the skipping rope warm-up (refer to Exercise 2), then start skipping. When jumping, keep your feet apart; when landing, bring them together. Repeat the action 15 times.

5. Arms Crossed Jump
Begin with the rope skipping warm-up (refer to Exercise 2), and then perform cross-armed rope skipping. When the rope is in the air, cross your arms, and when you've jumped over the crossed rope, restore your arms to their original position.

6. Double Rope Skipping
Stand side by side. Each person holds the rope handle with one hand from the outside. Begin with the simple skipping rope method (refer to Exercise 2), both people skip with both feet simultaneously, and then practice skipping with one foot at a time.

(2) Stand in a position with one person in front and one behind. The taller person stands behind and swings the skipping rope.

If it exceeds 1 month, we do not provide a return and exchange service without quality problems. If you really can't help it, you can contact our customer service. 2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:

If the amount is small or the damage is not significant, we will bear the cost. If the amount is large or significant, the network transaction rules will apply, with the receipt as the standard. If you are not satisfied, you can return the goods, and you need to bear the return freight cost yourself. For long-term wholesale customers, you can accumulate a certain number and return through logistics consignment. We will bear the direct logistics cost to Yiwu. The profit from wholesale volume is too low, and we will share the business risks together. Please understand.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party courier logistics company, which is beyond our control.
