About shipping:

2. For regions outside Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, fewer items will be sent by Yunda Express, and large shipments will be sent by logistics. Please negotiate the freight with the customer service.
3. For remote areas such as Tibet, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, and Xinjiang, additional postage and freight differences are required for shipping. Small quantities are sent by postal parcels, and large quantities are sent by logistics.
Special emphasis: We generally do not accept returns (product returns can be made if there are quality issues at the factory, but the transportation costs must be borne by the buyer. Our quotes are all factory prices without any fees. Our products are inspected by quality inspectors to ensure that the quality is 100% perfect. However, due to various uncertain factors, we can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free of quality issues upon arrival. 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.) The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs for any quality issues with the product. Many customers do not understand this, so let me explain. Therefore, we cannot bear the return shipping costs for our customers. We understand that this may not be acceptable to everyone, and we ask for your understanding. Shipping time
After the customer pays for the order and the order is generated, we will arrange the goods immediately, and the goods will be shipped within 1-5 days. Due to the need for stock preparation (some products may be out of stock and need to be prepared), please try to place your orders as early as possible according to the actual situation, so as to avoid the need for immediate arrangements when you are in a hurry, which may affect your business development. For each order, if the goods arrive on the same day, we will ship them on the same day. Please don't worry about this. Regarding logistics freight, all freight charges are paid upon arrival, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer or by our staff to choose a more suitable one for you!
Note: We can only estimate the freight costs for the goods on behalf of the buyer, and the actual freight costs are subject to the amount at the time of pickup. The shipping time is within our control, but the arrival time at the freight station is beyond our control. Please understand this!
After-sales service
For products with quality issues due to the 'special emphasis introduction', the return shipping costs for replacement are the buyer's responsibility. After receiving the returned product, we will send the replacement together with the next customer's order (if unable to send together with the next shipment, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility!)

Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, our company does not implement a three-pack policy for all toy products we sell. If there are problems after use, we will not assume any responsibility. If we are able to solve these problems, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer.
Special products are processed according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.
Exclusion of Liability
1. All goods are produced and shipped based on customer orders. The products are generally made of plastic materials, and the packaging is made of paper. During transportation, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collisions, or minor deformations in the packaging of some color boxes). To avoid damage, we will use double-layer logistics packaging, add cushioning, and stack tightly to avoid damage. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not bear the responsibility for damage caused by transportation. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it will not be used as a reason for returning the goods.
2. Our toys are of good quality and affordable, and they are really worth the money. Some buyers have found that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, and not of high-quality materials, which is different from what they expected, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues. There is no perfect product in the world. We upload the real-photo images of each product on our website. We apologize if you are too picky. Please consider and carefully look before you buy. 3. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal.

Return and Exchange:
Return Policy -- If the product itself suffers from a quality issue leading to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires...). For reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.
Product Quality:
All products are subject to multiple inspections during production, after production, and before shipment, and only those that are completely qualified are shipped. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functionality, and our company can only guarantee a 98% pass rate, with the remaining 2% falling within the scope of exemptions.
Image and actual item:
90% of the product images are self-taken, which can more truly reflect the actual appearance of the product. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Other:
What we produce are not fine works, not crafts, not art pieces, not electrical appliances, but ordinary toys. Perfectionists or those with strict standards for products, please turn gracefully and walk around with elegance.
Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
