C. Regarding returns and exchanges: Our products are carefully inspected before shipment, and generally there are no quality issues. 1. Q: When will the shipment be made after payment?




Answer: For orders that have been placed and paid for, we generally ship them on the same day, but due to the large daily volume of shipments, there may be cases where an item is not fully stocked.
