Customization Instructions;
I. Pre-sale Explanation: Our company offers both offline and online transaction models. For offline transactions, once the buyer confirms the logo design draft and both parties agree on the final price, the buyer pays a 30% deposit to us, and we will begin the printing process. Before the product is shipped, please settle the remaining balance with us. Alternatively, for online transactions, after customizing the logo or pattern on the cup, we will take a photo of the customized cup for you. Once you confirm the receipt online, we will ship the product immediately.

2. Customization Instructions: The logo and text of the advertising cups are provided by the customer. After our company typesets and produces them, we will send them back for confirmation by the customer. Once the customer confirms there are no mistakes, the cups can be printed. For orders of less than 500 cups, we will charge a logo plate fee of 60 to 400 RMB depending on whether the logo is single-color or multi-color. For orders of more than 300 single-color cups, the logo is free. For more details, please contact our customer service.

III. Time Specification: For custom orders of advertising cups with a quantity of less than 1000, the time required for printing the logo is approximately 2-3 days, with the delivery time taking about a week.

IV. Logistics Instructions: The price of this product does not include shipping and tax. All customers in various regions will choose logistics for large shipments with freight collected upon delivery. The logistics cost and time will be discussed based on the location. The freight cost will be based on the actual price charged by the logistics company. We will select a logistics company with reasonable and cheap shipping costs to deliver the goods.

Sixth, receipt instructions: In the event of lost items during transportation, please inspect the goods upon receipt (checking for any damage to the packaging and the correctness of the quantity) before signing for them. If there are any shortages, please refuse to sign and write down the missing goods on the parcel form. If there are signs of the parcel being opened, please contact us immediately. We will handle the situation appropriately. If there are any problems after signing, we will be unable to help. If someone else signs on your behalf, it is also considered as receipt.
