Express Delivery Instructions

A large quantity of goods will be sent by YTO Express or regular logistics.

Printing Customization
The cup body can be printed with a LOGO, and the specific details such as printing schedule, quantity, and color should be contacted with the online customer service.

Damage Compensation
Please check the quantity and products in person before signing for them to ensure they are correct. If there are any problems, please contact the online customer service immediately and provide pictures. For small amounts of custom-made damage, a refund can be arranged. For large amounts of damage, the printing can be rescheduled (the logistics must first inspect the goods. If there is any damage, please refuse to accept the damaged part. If there is no damage, you can sign normally, and then provide photos to contact customer service to arrange a refund or to send a replacement).

Custom engraving requires time, and any delay in shipping due to this reason will not be the responsibility of the seller.
