Hydraulic jack, also known as oil pressure jack, is a jack that uses a piston or hydraulic cylinder as a rigid lifting element. Simple lifting equipment generally only has a lifting mechanism, used to lift heavy objects. It has a simple structure, light weight, convenient to carry, and easy to move. Common simple lifting equipment includes hydraulic jacks, winches, and so on. Hydraulic jacks are divided into general and two categories. General hydraulic jacks are suitable for various lifting operations with a small lifting height. It consists of main parts such as oil chamber 1, oil pump 2, oil storage cavity 3, piston 4, crank 5, oil valve 6, etc. When working, as long as you repeatedly turn the crank, the manual oil pump continuously presses oil into the oil cylinder, due to the continuous increase of oil pressure in the oil cylinder, it forces the piston and the heavy object above it to move upward together. When the return oil valve is opened, the high-pressure oil in the oil cylinder flows back to the oil storage cavity, so the heavy object and the piston fall together. Hydraulic jack is a tensioning tool, which is used to apply tension to the pre-stressed reinforcing bars when making pre-stressed concrete components. Hydraulic jack is mostly dual-action. It is commonly used in two types: central-bore and cone anchor. Central-bore jack is suitable for tensioning steel bar bundles or steel wire bundles. It mainly consists of tensioning cylinder, pressing cylinder, pressing piston, and spring, etc. Its characteristic is that there is a central bore passage along the tensioning machine axis, and the steel bar "Or the steel wire is anchored by the tool anchor at the tail after being inserted. Its working principle is shown in the diagram. When tensioning, open the front and rear oil nozzles, and supply oil to the tensioning working oil chamber from the rear oil nozzle. When the steel cable is stretched to the required length, close the rear oil nozzle, and supply oil to the top pressure cylinder from the front oil nozzle, making the top pressure cylinder piston move forward to hold the anchor plug, and press the anchor plug into the anchor ring, thereby anchoring the steel cable. Open the rear oil nozzle and continue to supply oil from the front oil nozzle, at this time, the tensioning cylinder moves forward, and the oil in the cylinder returns. After opening the front oil nozzle, the oil in the top pressure cylinder returns, and the top pressure piston returns to its original position due to the action of the reset spring.
