The small trumpet suggests wearing a 3mm rope.

The large size can wear a 5mm rope.

If you want to wear two ropes, it is recommended to buy a large size.

1. About the shipping/delivery time:

      Default for STO Express.Please leave a message if you wish to purchase with the shipping cost collected by SF Express. If you need to send it out that day, please specify in the comment section.Place an order before 4 PM and inform the customer service, and the goods will be shipped from Guangdong Province. Generally, it will arrive the next day within the province (if the quantity is large, it can be delivered to the door), and it will take 3-5 days to reach provinces outside the province. For logistics, it needs to be picked up by yourself. If you need to have the goods delivered to the door, please make it clear in advance. You can specify the courier or logistics.

2、关于Color card / Sample:

     If you need color cards and samples, we can provide free samples, but the postage is on your own (default to SF to pay).

3. About the payment method:
     You can make a direct payment by taking a photo or through bank transfer, WeChat, or Alipay, etc.

4、关于开票：

 We can provide invoice services, and can issue 13% VAT invoices (VAT invoices require payment to be made publicly to publicly). For specific prices and details, please consult our customer service.

5、关于码数：

      All our textile products are machine-marked, and there may be slight errors if measured by hand.

6. About connectors/jumpers:
     Due to the nature of the product being a textile, 1-2 joints per roll and 2% runbacks are considered normal and are not within the quality range. If you are concerned, please consider carefully before purchasing.

7、关于宽度：
    Due to the product's raw materials with flexibility, the width deviation of 0-2 mm is within the normal range.

8、关于颜色：

     All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to the limitations of personal photography skills, as well as differences in lighting and monitors, we can provide free large-scale sample confirmation before placing an order. If you need to return or exchange due to color differences, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

9、关于售后：

     Exchange or return within 7 days, and exchange within 15 days, with buyer bearing the shipping costs. 15If there are any questions after receiving the goods, the company will not be responsible for them. Please carefully inspect the goods after receiving them.
