about products: the company does not accept any form of refund for all customized items. Please be careful if you mind! All our customized models can be modified. If you are not satisfied with the pictures and requirements you provided before, we will modify them and do not accept the new requirements. (For example, change shape, size, etc.)

  about time: the proofing and production time of customized models shall be subject to the final confirmation time of customers and product managers (excluding modification time and legal holidays), and the time shall be calculated from the next day after the order is placed. 

About color difference: we cannot guarantee that the fabric is the same as the color provided in the picture. Our designers will choose the closest fabric and color with the picture. (If you have special requirements, you can provide the fabric name and PANTONE color number to improve the similarity) 

about similarity: all customized products cannot be guaranteed to be exactly the same. To ensure accuracy, please provide clear multi-directional pictures and detailed pictures as much as possible. We have always inherited the manual sewing technology and strive to do our best.
