1. When providing the print content, the buyer must supply clear images related to the print material, as well as source files in formats such as AI, cdr, or psd, so that the final output can be achieved.
2. Production cycle: The delivery time for custom-produced items is determined through negotiation between the buyer and seller prior to product customization. After the production cycle is agreed upon, minor time variations of 1–2 days may occur during production due to various factors—this is normal. The buyer should be aware of potential delays in production timing before making a purchase.
3. Customized products: Such as products where the buyer requires printing a logo on the surface, or changes in thickness, color, or design, all fall under customized products. The quality standards for customized products are agreed upon by both parties, and samples are used as the basis for confirming quality; there is no third-party inspection certificate. Before placing an order, the buyer must purchase a sample to verify whether the quality of the product meets their needs. Orders placed directly without a sample are considered to have default acceptance of product quality.
4. Once the customized product is confirmed by both parties, the buyer cannot request a return or refund under any circumstances, provided there are no errors in the customization. Please ensure that the buyer understands all details such as product quality, packaging, and delivery timeline before ordering the customized item.
5. Within three days after the buyer signs for the goods, check the quality and quantity of the received items. If any issues arise, please discuss them with the seller.

Please confirm with customer service whether the product is in stock before placing the order; otherwise, the order will be considered invalid and no shipment will be made.
