The minimum order quantity is 3 pieces. We support Alipay transactions! We clearly state the weight of each product, and the system will automatically calculate it when you make a purchase. If you are sending the goods by logistics, please contact our customer service to modify the freight. All logistics freight is collect on delivery.

Is the product on the shelf in stock? What should we do if there is no stock?

Due to the large number of product varieties and daily shipment volume, there may be cases where individual products are not promptly removed from the shelf, leading to stockouts. Can the product be selected in terms of style or color?

Answer: Regarding the style and color issues, the default method of ordering is to mix and match randomly. If there are any specific requirements, friends can make notes on the style or color, and we will try our best to meet your needs. However, there may be missing colors and styles. The warehouse will contact you to inform you of the replacement to other styles. Please understand! I have already paid. When will the goods be shipped? What express delivery will be used? How long will it take to receive the goods?

Our default courier is Shenton Express. If the area is not reachable by this courier, please contact us to replace it with another courier for shipping.

If I encounter a quality problem with the product I purchased, what should I do?

However, if there are any damages during transportation that result in the loss of the product's intended functions, we will offer a return or refund. We generally do not provide returns for reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, unless they are due to product quality issues. If you do need to return the product, we will offer a 20% refund if the product and packaging are intact and can be resold.

I don't have Alipay, what should I do?
