1. About Shipping:
1. Default shipping time is 48 hours. In the event of special stock shortages, there may be delays. Shipping records without documentation will not be used as evidence. If you need to send goods by logistics, please contact customer service to modify the shipping fee. All logistics shipping fees are collect on delivery.
Section Two: About Receiving Goods
Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! III. About Returns and Exchanges
1. If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be refunded at 9.5% of the original price. We do not provide return and exchange services for goods without quality problems beyond one month.
2、Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged.
