1. Image color difference:All items in this store are photographed with real products. The colors have been professionally verified to be as close as possible to the actual products. Colors are based on the actual products. For returns or exchanges citing color differences, we will not refund shipping costs.
2. Shipping Time:Orders placed and paid for by 4:00 AM on Monday to Friday are typically shipped on the same day. Orders paid after 4:00 AM are shipped the next day, with delays possible in special circumstances. No shipping is done on Sunday due to the company's break; shipments start on Monday. If holidays occur, the specific shipping time will be announced on the store’s homepage before the holiday.
3. Delivery Service:Our store defaults to Yunda and Shun Tong for shipping; for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, Shunfeng is used by default. For large orders, we can arrange logistics. We do not support messaging-based shipping. We will try to select the most accessible shipping companies. Customers who prefer other carriers should contact customer service first. Buyers who need Shunfeng shipping urgently should contact customer service to pay the additional fee. For bulk orders, Aneng or Deppon logistics can also be used, but please choose carefully since the buyer must pick up the goods from the logistics company themselves. After the shipping order is accepted, the speed of delivery is beyond our control. Please understand and do not give us negative reviews due to shipping issues.
4. Signing issue:Please open the package and inspect the goods before signing for delivery. Verify that the items are intact and the quantity is correct before signing. If the courier requires you to sign first before inspecting, make sure to check the exterior of the package for any damage. Confirm that the outer packaging is intact before signing; if there are any damages, refuse the delivery. Do not give the signed form to the courier. Keep it with yourself and inspect the goods in front of the courier. Only after confirming that there are no issues should you hand it over to the courier. Otherwise, the courier will not bear any losses if there are problems.
5. Returns and exchanges:Our store offers 7-day no-reason return policy. For quality issues not caused by us, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For quality problems or returns due to our responsibility, we will cover the return shipping costs. We do not accept self-pickup orders, SF Express shipments, or postal packages. For returns caused by our responsibility, the buyer must pay the shipping costs upfront; we will refund the paid amount via Alipay after receiving the returned item.
