我已经付款，什么时候发货，多久可以收到货？

 

由于每天发货量比较大，我们会在您付款成功后24-48小时内按付款顺序发货，运送时间会因距离、天气和不同快递公司的操作流程而不同，正常情况下，发货后江浙沪一般1-2天到，安徽、广东、福建、山东、江西、北京、天津一般2-3天，其他地区3-5天，偏远地区4-7天，省外物流一般3-7天！如果超过相应的天数还没有收到宝贝的话，请联系我们客服。（如遇到网络销售旺季，发货量暴增，快递公司爆仓等情况而引起的快递延误或丢件的问题，还请各位理解哦，我们会做出妥善的处理。）

 

 

 

如果收到货产品有质量问题和缺货的情况怎么办

 

如果收到货后货品有缺货或者质量问题，请在三天内及时联系售后客服，有质量问题的，请您收到货后及时拍照给我们确认，可以联系我们旺旺发图片，我们会给你一个满意的解决方案。如果缺货的，清单上已经注明缺货的，联系我们客服申请退款。

 

我收到货了，不过不是很喜欢，是否可以退换

 

 

 

  如果您对产品不满意，不喜欢，在没有使用过，不影响二次销售的情况下，均可以退换，运费自理

 

  以下情况不退换

 

 

 

    A 退回的产品包装损毁或不完整，产品配件或相关资料不齐；

 

 

 

    B 未经授权擅自修理或改装；

 

 

 

    C 未按正常方法使用或贮存；

 

 

 

    D 超出售后服务期限的商品。

 

 

 

    E 季节性产品超期不予退还（如夏天风扇冬天的保暖贴）。

 

 

 

    F 对于我公司已经下架的产品恕不退换。

 

PS:退换货邮资说明（非常重要）：

 

 

 

    1，错发漏发的情况----错发的由我们出邮费处理，漏发的情况少量及货品详情单标注缺货的，缺货的部分按“申请退款”处理，漏发数量较多的由我们出邮费帮亲们补寄出去！

 

 

 

    2，产品质量问题----由于批发的特殊性，货量也、比较大，条件限制我们不可能像淘宝零售一样，把所有的产品拆开检查，虽然厂家发货给我们之前已经严把质量关，但是有个别的次品存在也是正常的；但是，产品出了质量问题，我们有义务给买家换货，只是我们小额批发本身的利润就比较薄，有时候利润还没有来回的运费高，如果由我们支付换货来回的运费，我们不只是不赚钱，更多的时候是赔钱，赔钱的生意没有人会做的，这点相信所有做生意的朋友都会赞同：所以我们一般采取以下三种方法进行处理：

 

 

 

          ①下次进货补寄（补寄部分不算运费）

 

 

 

          ②退还商品的50%的货款

 

 

 

          ③直接退换货（运费由买家承担） 

 

 

 

（注：做生意都不容易，除非特殊情况，推荐亲们尽量以第一种方式进行售后）

 

 

 

       3，产品破损问题 ----破损一般集中在塑料类的制品，由于现如今快递行业的从业人员良莠不齐，暴力扔摔，踩踏等等问题，包装的再好难免在运输派送途中出现破损，我们售后一律按类别2的处理方式！

 

 

 

                  特别情况麻烦亲们与我们协商处理！ （我们的原则是尽量避免双方的损失，减少双方无谓的成本）

 

 

 

        4，退换货情况汇总---- 如果您对产品不满意，不喜欢，在没有使用过，不影响二次销售的情况下，均可以退换，运费自理！

 

 

 

 

下单将视为同意以下条款

 

 

 

(一) 金额满150元能混批，数量不限；单个产品按照网上最少起批量下单。

 

 

 

(二) 因每天发货量大，缺货产品我们尽量会电话通知，由于产品利润低，收货后按照发货清单中注明的缺货产品申请退款，一律不补发。

 

 

 

(三) 混批的时候可能会有漏发，如果收到货发现货物少于订货数量请及时联系我们。有效期为收到货后3天之内，超过限期不给予办理，确认
