1. Does the product come with earplugs and a box?
All products in our store are sold at the price of bare goods, with the default packaging of OPP bag. Earrings are shipped with silicone ear plugs. All styles are sold without boxes or certificates. Customers who need ear plugs, packaging boxes, or certificates should place their orders at the designated link.

2. Logistics and Express Delivery?
Default shipping method is YTO Express. If you have special requirements for SF Express, please contact customer service.
3. How long after payment can the shipment be made?
After you place an order and make payment, we guarantee to ship within 48 hours. If you pay before 16:00 on the same day, the order will be dispatched that day. If there are any special reasons that prevent us from shipping within 48 hours, we will contact you in time. After the shipment, we will confirm the shipping on the Alibaba platform by entering the courier's tracking number. Please check your order. (For products that require processing and issuing certificates, the actual situation will be the standard.)
4. What are the matters to be noticed when receiving?
Upon receiving your order, please ensure that the goods are intact. If any damage is found to have occurred during the shipping process, you should reject the goods and contact our customer service to discuss any necessary compensation in a timely manner. This will help to minimize any losses for both parties. However, if the damage is due to the buyer's own reasons, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
5. Transaction Success Evaluation?
After each successful transaction, we place great importance on your feedback, striving for the perfection of our products and services. If you are not satisfied with the goods after receiving them, please contact our customer service immediately, and we will definitely provide you with a satisfactory solution (we refuse to accept unreasonable negative feedback without contacting customer service).
6. Are the products genuine? How to issue a certification of authenticity?
All products of our company are guaranteed with quality assurance, and all products can issue identification certificates (the certificate is a custom service and is not subject to return or exchange).
If you need to obtain an identification certificate, please contact our customer service. It normally takes 2-4 working days, please wait patiently. We will send it to you as soon as we issue the certificate.
