One, about shipping

3. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Transportation is affected by many uncontrollable factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions, which may cause the transportation time to deviate from the estimated time we provided. Therefore, the time provided is for reference only and is not part of the contract content nor a reason for return.
4、Freight Charges
The shipping fee usually needs to be calculated and modified. The web page sets the nationwide express shipping fee, and you need to contact the customer service to calculate and modify the shipping fee according to the shipping address. If you want to send by logistics freight, you can contact the customer service to modify the shipping fee to the recipient.
About the price
This store is a factory direct sales shop. The prices of products in the store, except for those marked as free shipping, are the factory prices and do not include any other fees such as shipping costs. If a company or booth needs to confirm the samples, the sample fee will be charged according to the product price. The samples will be sent by SF Express with the recipient paying, and the sample fee can be returned to the order depending on the order situation. Three about receiving goods
1. Please inspect the goods before signing for them!
Toys are inherently fragile, and if the customer signs for the shipment without inspecting the goods, and then claims the product is damaged after signing, this will not serve as the basis for a return or refund. Our guarantee is that the product is in good condition when it is shipped out, but accidents can happen during transit. If you find the product damaged upon inspection, please reject the shipment and contact us immediately! If you sign without inspecting the goods, the costs for returns or exchanges will be at your own expense!
2. If there is a shortage of goods, please leave a message to us within 24 hours after signing. We will help you verify the situation as soon as possible. If the packaging of the goods is damaged, the goods are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the express, and contact us to handle.
3. We will try our best to strengthen the packaging of the goods to avoid damage as much as possible, but it is difficult to avoid normal transportation damage. If any damage occurs, we will solve the problem by replenishing the accessories the next time we purchase, without sending them separately. Please understand. If the customer requires the replacement of the parts separately, the round-trip freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Section 4: Returns and Exchanges
1、In principle, our store does not support returns without reasons. If a buyer needs to return the goods for personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. We refuse to receive items paid by the buyer (we have purchased shipping insurance, and the return shipping costs are borne by the insurance company). The returned products will be refunded 80% of the purchase price (the return of the products will cause significant damage and losses due to transportation.).
2. If the buyer needs to return or exchange the goods due to personal reasons, please contact us within 15 days after receipt to handle the matter. For exchange, the product must not affect our secondary sales, and the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
