Purchase and Use Agreement:

1: This product is a DIY material kit that requires self-inflation and installation. All materials are custom-made.

2: Please contact customer service after receiving the goods to request the installation video! Do not install based on your own intuition.

3: Novices can try a small amount first, and it is not recommended to purchase a large amount.

4: As minor damage or performance issues during transportation are considered normal, we can provide a second supply of after-sales services together with the replacement, but we do not support the return of the problem. (Once this product is opened and used, it cannot be returned. If the return is rejected or not used and opened, and if it is not due to a problem with our products, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.)

5:00Due to the special material of the Bubble Ball, the ball skin is suitable for temperatures between 30-35 degrees in summer, and between 10-15 degrees in winter. This type of Bubble Ball is a stretch ball, which is better than ordinary balloons. Some cases of not being round or leaning to one side do not constitute quality problems. If the Bubble Ball bursts during blowing or breaks after installation, it is considered installation damage, and the factory is not responsible for this. Contact the customer service for the normal installation procedure, do not be in a hurry. (The air pump is a complimentary item and is not included in the compensation range, and cannot be individually sent for replacement).

About after-sales service: The product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and there is no unconditional return policy!

Once this product is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason other than quality issues. For quality issues, if the defective rate is within 4% of the total, we will not provide after-sales service. If the defective rate exceeds 4%, we will send back the defective products accumulated over 5 orders to replace them. (For detailed after-sales service, please consult the customer service.) We are committed to cooperation and caution is advised for those who are sensitive to this policy!

 This store does not accept returns after placing an order. If a customer insists on returning the goods, once the goods have been shipped and are in transit, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the customer requests a return after receiving the goods, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Additionally, the product price will be discounted by 20% (including depreciation and labor costs).
