Purchasing Terms and Conditions:
Express delivery, logistics, product quality, return and exchange services: it is very important for purchasing customers to read carefully.
1. Logistics and Express Delivery Issues: Buyers (customers) who frequently request refunds for quality issues, delivery, or other reasons should be cautious when making purchases.
2. After receiving the goods: If you find any quality problems with the product, please contact us as soon as possible. We agree to exchange the goods, but we do not support returns (or refunds). The return shipping and packaging fees will be borne by the buyer. Buyers who cannot accept this should carefully consider it, and those who are cautious should be careful to shoot.
3. No quality issues: If you purchase a product sample in advance and find no quality issues and then request a return (exchange) for the product, we will not support this at all! Bidding with caution.
4. Quality issues during use: If a customer experiences a quality problem with the product after using it, and requests for repair, we can provide repairs. All costs incurred during the repair process (including return shipping fees) will be borne by the buyer. Buyers should be cautious when making a purchase.
5. Store Declaration: All products in the store are micro-profit wholesale, with an average defect rate of about 5% (according to the standards for small goods defects in the People's Republic of China). The store's transactions are considered trade activities. Large-scale buyers are advised to purchase samples in advance and then determine the purchase of large-volume goods over 1500 yuan. The store considers large-volume trade activities as non-refundable (we consider large-volume goods as custom-made products from the factory). Please be cautious when making a purchase.
6. Shop Service: Our online customer service has an obligation to answer any questions about the products with clarity and simplicity. We should avoid using malicious language to hurt customers. If customers ask questions about products outside the shop, our customer service will try to help them with their inquiries. We refuse to accept any negative reviews from customers who are sensitive to service issues.
7. Buyer's Note: There is a defect rate, delivery and logistics damage, malicious negative comments followed by malicious complaints, and then applying for a return, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Communication in a timely manner is the fundamental solution to the problem. Please be cautious if you are sensitive to this.
8, Shortage of goods: If the customer receives the express logistics confirmation of the quantity of goods and finds that the received quantity does not match the purchased quantity, please contact us via our Alipay customer service or by phone within 48 hours after receiving the goods (the time of express logistics delivery is considered the time of receipt). Our staff (warehouse personnel) will verify the customer's concerns as soon as possible, communicate in time with the customer, and check if the actual shortage of goods is confirmed. We will refund or send a replacement (next time purchase replacement). The weight of each product is fixed. Please be cautious if you are concerned about honesty and integrity.
Article 9: Both parties to the contract must abide by the following principles: Party A: Yiwu Bo'eu Electronics Co., Ltd., Party B: The shop's purchasing customer, the principles of fairness, justice, and equal trade, and conduct trade transactions in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the contract law. Party A has the obligation to provide the shop with real product images or product links, to respond to customer inquiries with real responses through customer's Alibaba communication tools or telephone, to provide product dimensions, specifications, materials, shipping and estimated delivery times, product strengths and weaknesses, and to be truthful and responsible. Party A is responsible for the legal consequences of the responses to customer questions, with the records of Alibaba communication tools as legal evidence. Party B must inquire about the quality, defects, dimensions, specifications, colors, and uses of the goods to be purchased through the shop's Alibaba communication tools or telephone before purchasing the goods to avoid unnecessary disputes. After understanding the product, Party B should pay the purchase price. Internet trade has become a global trend. We should work together to maintain the fairness, integrity, and honesty of internet trade, and enjoy a happy cooperation.
