Section Two: About Receiving Goods

Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! III. About Returns and Exchanges

1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem.

If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be large, and the refund will be made at 80% of the original price. We do not provide return and exchange services for non-quality problems over 1 month. If you really can't help it, you can contact our customer service. 2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:

Long-term orders can accumulate damaged products for a unified return and exchange.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage of 5% is within the normal range, and the buyer can send the goods back after accumulating 200 yuan (only the logistics freight is reimbursed for express delivery) to cover the next time's payment. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which are not used as reasons for returning the goods.
