For oil, grease, or lubricant contamination on stainless steel surfaces, wipe clean with a soft cloth, and then clean with neutral detergent, ammonia solution, or special detergent.

The surface of stainless steel is attached with bleach and various acids. Immediately rinse with water, then soak in an ammonia solution or neutral carbonate soda water, and finally wash with neutral detergent or warm water.
