1. Ordering Requirements:

A. Generally, a minimum order quantity for a single variety is 10 pieces (some require whole piece wholesale; please consult the customer service).

B. Bamboo and wood products, handmade crafts, etc., may have some minor imperfections (wood knots, burrs, polishing, etc.), but these do not constitute quality issues. Please be cautious when making a purchase if you are sensitive to these details.

C. Our factory mainly deals in wholesale, with low profit margins and high volume. We cannot guarantee the same quality as the products you receive. If you need high-quality products, we can tailor-make them for you.

3. Shipping Services:

A. Some products have large shipment volumes. Please contact customer service to check the inventory before placing an order.

B. Default to China Post Express, if the shipment is by car transport, specify the freight company and contact customer service. If no logistics company is specified, the shipment will be shipped randomly.

For orders with a lower amount or smaller packing boxes, the risk of loss during logistics is higher. We recommend using express delivery services. Please contact customer service for the standard charges based on different locations.

Fourthly, after-sales service

A. We will carefully pack every item of goods, but there may still be damage during the logistics and express delivery process. Damage rates within 2% are considered normal, and please bear the risk yourself.

If there are significant damage and missing items upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Both parties should negotiate with the logistics or courier company to claim compensation, and share the costs jointly. It is recommended that before receiving the courier or logistics items, you must inspect the packaging to ensure it is intact. If there are any damages, make sure to refuse to sign for the return. This can help avoid unnecessary losses. If you sign without checking and subsequently find that the goods are missing, we are not responsible for this.

To protect your rights and interests, our factory products with logistics damage, quality problems, or unsold goods can be negotiated for a return (except for custom-made products and those without a return service). When returning the product, it will generally be processed at 80% of the normal selling price, and the shipping fee is at your own expense.
