In hot summer weather, keep the water guns in a cool place, otherwise they may bend. In such cases, we cannot offer exchanges or replacements!!! Many people store them in cars, so also pay attention—the high temperature inside the car makes the water guns prone to bending. Be sure to take care!!

The rubber ring inside the water gun tends to fall off, which is a normal occurrence and not related to product quality. It can be adjusted manually; simply reinstall the sealing ring and return it to its original position, and it will work fine again.

Each water gun length is labeled in the corresponding image, which you will see when placing your order.

Since the mold is improved every year, it is normal for the water gun size to have a few centimeters of error. Do not use this as a reason for returning the product.
