汽车托运的货物：

由于其本身的现实因素，有时候一票货物出现了3%~5%以内的损坏现象，属于正常范畴的磨损，请您自行承担；遭遇不可抗力（自然灾害）、意外事故（比如车祸）出现大量损坏的情况，请您与我们协商一起要求汽车托运公司赔偿，买卖双方一起承担，本店自当承担卖家相应部分的责任。其它一般情况下的损坏都由汽车托运部承担责任。

发快递的货物：
收货时候，请检查一下：外包装是否完好无损，里面的货物有无损坏！快递员不配合验货的，可找相应的快递公司投诉。属于易损品的应当当面拆开检验是否有损坏！若有，请拒签！并请现场拍照记录，作为找快递公司或者物流企业理赔的证据。签字即表示认同箱内货物完好无损！请谨慎签收快递
