Mixed Lot Instructions:
New customers can mix batch the new products according to different quantities at the same price as the actual price (the freight charge depends on the freight station and is subject to the actual freight charge).
Please choose the products you can sell based on your actual situation, as different price points have different performance.
Due to the wholesale nature, the profit margin is low. All transactions with our company are subject to the policy of payment upon shipment: use Alipay or bank transfer. (Please confirm the account number for the transfer to ensure accuracy).
Price explanation:
We offer low profit margins and high volume sales. Our product prices are wholesale prices and we do not support haggling. We hope that our customers will understand!
Shipping Instructions:
Our company has a large inventory of products, but there is a possibility that some orders may not be available after placing them. Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will try our best to arrange early shipment. If there are products available, we will strive to ship them the same day, and if there are no products available, we will arrange for them to be ready within three days. Please understand and forgive us! If you need to place a large order, the delivery period and payment methods need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.
The solution to the shortage problem: First, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style, etc. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to distribute the order according to the principle of sending as much as possible. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.
Signature Instructions:
Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, contact the shop owner in person in front of the courier. After confirmation by the buyer, it can be returned. Once the parcel is signed for, the shop will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same applies to problems that arise after others sign for it. Therefore, please make sure to sign for it personally!
Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies like Dewang or SF Express with insurance). However, we have an obligation to do our best to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our company will use double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
Problem 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection.
Solution: After you sign for the courier package, please keep it safely until you have thoroughly checked it. Then, you can return it to the courier staff.
Problem 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity.
Solution: Just write down his phone number and name.
Please read the above content carefully, it is very important for you. If you cannot perform the above actions, we will be very sorry for any problems that may arise, and we will be unable to help.
Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange (provided the packaging is intact for resale, otherwise there will be a charge for packaging, so please return the product in as good a condition as possible). However, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires...). For reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange. Therefore, please carefully study the actual product specifications before purchasing to use as a reference standard.
Product Quality: All products sent by our company will undergo multiple inspections during production, after production, and before shipment, and only fully qualified products will be shipped. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functionality, and our company can only guarantee a 98% pass rate. The remaining 2% is within the scope of exemption. (For wholesale products other than retail products, if there is a 2% exemption range for multiple models).
Product Images: Over 95% of the product images are taken by ourselves, which can more truly reflect the actual product. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. The factory may adjust the product and packaging colors, packaging methods, etc. due to market changes. Please refer to the actual product for the final decision.
Other: We are not, not crafts, not art, not electrical appliances, but toy products. If you are a purist or someone with strict product requirements, please turn gracefully and walk around elegantly.
Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.

2. After the customer places an order, please check the site's notification in time or contact the site's after-sales staff to obtain the tracking number, and pay attention to the tracking number. If any problems occur, please actively contact the courier company and the staff of our site to solve the problem. We will not assume responsibility for delays caused by courier reasons. We will try to negotiate with the courier company to help handle the problem.
3. If there is a requirement for return or exchange, the customer guarantees that the goods are in perfect condition, have not been used, and the product is undamaged, which does not affect the secondary sale of the goods. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, the station will charge a handling fee of 20% of the original price). The freight for return or exchange of goods is borne by the buyer.
4. Our company has quality inspectors who conduct strict checks on products before, during, and after production to ensure that the quality of the products is without problems before shipment. However, due to various uncertain factors, our company can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free of quality issues upon arrival. 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.
