About the shipping process

After the customer places an order, our company prints the product list corresponding to the customer service, and then hands over the list to the warehouse manager. The warehouse manager checks the inventory in the warehouse according to the list, and then hands over to the packing staff for counting and acceptance. Finally, the shipping staff delivers the goods to the courier company and checks with the courier. After the courier signs the confirmation on the list, the package is handed over to the courier company for scanning and shipping, and then the shipping staff brings back the list to the account manager for retention.

About the delivery time

Customers will be shipped within 48 hours after placing an order. If the delivery date falls on a holiday or the courier is on vacation, the shipping time will be postponed. After the actual shipment is made, the shipment will be declared. The receipt of the goods varies depending on the city of receipt. Generally, it takes 3 to 7 days to receive the goods after the actual shipment (some remote counties often need to pass through many transfer stations to reach, which may take 5 to 7 days). About the liability for compensation

Please inspect all items and fragile goods before signing for them. If you find any damage to the goods, please notify our staff before the courier leaves and have the courier sign to confirm. Our company will discuss the compensation matters with the courier company. If the damaged products are signed for after receipt, our company is not responsible for compensation.
