Section Three: On Quality

1. Our factory has a large daily output, and there may be very few defective products. It is recommended to handle them on your own if they do not affect sales.

2. Plastic flower pots are fragile items, and it is normal for the logistics during transportation to be unable to guarantee that our products will not be damaged or deformed.

3. There are several types of raw materials for plastic flower pots: recycled materials and new materials. Therefore, there may be some color differences. Additionally, the color of recycled material products may not be uniform due to each batch of raw materials, please buyers pay attention to avoid misunderstandings.

4. The plastic flowerpot images have been artificially processed for reference only; please refer to the actual product. Thank you for your understanding.

5. The dimensions in the single product style and size chart may be slightly different from the actual product, so please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

Fourthly, about placing an order

1. Our factory fully supports Alibaba's small amount wholesale.

2. Each product is ordered in units of one size and one color, with a minimum order quantity of 1"small" (i.e., the entire box).

3. Shipping is available when the quantity of goods reaches one box or the total amount of goods exceeds 300 yuan.

Section Five: About Shipping

1. The logistics system in Yiwu is well-developed and the prices are affordable, with services reaching all parts of the country.

2. Under normal circumstances, our factory will send the goods by general logistics and the freight will be collected upon delivery.

3. Customers can specify the logistics for shipping, and we will try to meet their needs as much as possible when transportation is convenient.

Sixthly, after-sales service

Plastic flower pots are fragile items, and there may be damage or deformation during logistics. To ensure the interests of our customers and to alleviate any concerns before purchase, our factory has proposed a solution based on actual conditions:

1. Under normal circumstances, the damage rate of plastic products in logistics is within 3%, which is normal in the industry. Therefore, the loss caused by the customer is borne by themselves.

2. In the event of abnormal conditions during the logistics transportation, if the damage rate exceeds 3%, the customer will bear 3% of the loss, and the remaining damage will be fully borne by the factory. To ensure the interests of both parties, the factory suggests that the customer returns all damaged products (we do not accept damage reports in the form of images), and we will calculate the number of damage to be borne by both parties based on the actual returned quantity. The number of damaged products to be borne by the factory will be returned to the customer in cash. (The freight cost of returning the damaged goods is borne by the customer).

3. For long-term cooperative customers, our factory suggests that a sufficient quantity be retained for a phase to be returned uniformly to save on return shipping costs. The principle of compensation for returns shall be in accordance with Article 2!
