【Buyer's Must-Read】: If you have any quality issues or find that there are any missing items after purchasing any of our products, please contact us immediately. We will handle the problem for you immediately and give you a satisfactory reply:

1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature date), if you find any functional failure or quality problems with the products, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period. If we find any false or exaggerated reports, we will not accept them once they are verified.

2. Considering that it is impossible to check each customer's delivery individually, if there are indeed quality issues with the products, we will cooperate effectively within 30 days to handle the problem.

3. If the buyer claims dissatisfaction or poor sales performance as the reason, and there is no actual quality issue with the product, we will not provide a refund or exchange.

4. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but we may not be able to meet 100% of the requests. If the color and style do not meet the customer's requirements, we will not offer exchanges or returns (the customer may specify that if the goods cannot be ordered as requested, they can be treated as out of stock).

5. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the packaging box for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any product damage due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a stamped proof and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim; if the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.

6. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories, or related documents. For products with quality issues, we will provide exchange within the specified time; (The freight for exchange of goods is borne by the customer, and it is recommended to exchange and supplement the next order)

7. If the returned product is not in its original packaging, lacks accessories or related documents; if it has been repaired or modified without authorization; if it was not used or stored in the correct manner; if it is beyond the product warranty period; or if the returned product has been labeled or tampered with, we will not assume any responsibility for a return or exchange.

8. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. The customer will pay for the shipping costs, and we will reimburse the shipping fee and the actual product cost once we receive the goods. If the customer returns the product without communicating with our customer service, we will reject the return and will not process it.
