Wholesale instructions

The shop will accept orders once you purchase three items.

Orders over 300 yuan can be mixed batch (contact customer service to modify shipping after placing an order).

Our store defaults to sending parcels with ZTO Express, Dewang Express, and the Post Office. If you need to specify a different courier, please contact our Alibaba message service. If you need to send by logistics, please also contact our Alibaba message service. Our agents/distributors support one-stop distribution.

About shipping

Shipping will be arranged according to the order in which the payment is received. In general, orders paid for will be shipped within 48 hours (Note: Exceptions apply for special circumstances such as events and holidays).

About after-sales service

All products in our store offer a 7-day no-reason return policy. Please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt. If you are not satisfied, you can return the goods. For no-reason returns, the shipping and return costs are borne by the buyer. The returned goods must be well-packed with all accessories intact.If the returned goods have damage and affect resale, additional fees may be deducted.

1. If you find any quality problems with the product, please contact our customer service via Alipay first to check if there has been any operation errors or misuse. If the product is indeed defective, the buyer can choose to return or exchange the product. The return and shipping costs will be borne by our store. Please have the buyer prepay the return shipping fees, and we will return the money to the buyer once we receive the goods. We do not accept payment on delivery.

Within 2 days of receipt, if there is a shortage of goods/components damaged in transit, you can contact customer service for a re-shipment. If you insist on a replacement, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. (Applicable to wholesale/mixed batch/distribution)Overtime is deemed as normal receipt with no objection.

After the goods are sent out, if they are returned due to the buyer's reasons, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. (If the returned goods have damage, which affects secondary sales, additional fees may also need to be deducted).

4. Our products are not available for retail customers to purchase for personal use. Orders of this type are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or customer service. (Exceptions apply for sample orders.)

5. All products are subject to multiple inspections during production, post-production, and before shipment, and only those that are completely qualified are shipped. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functionality, and our company can only guarantee a 98% pass rate, with the remaining 2% falling within the scope of exemptions.

6. Images and Actual Products: More than 95% of our company's images are taken by ourselves, which can more truly reflect the actual product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Factors such as market changes may lead to adjustments to the product and packaging colors, packaging methods by the factory. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.
