Each product of our factory is a wholesale product, which is only supplied to distributors and wholesalers, and is not sold externally.
Due to the nature of wholesale, the profit is low. All transactions of our factory will be paid to delivery: pay by Alipay or online bank.
The products sent by our factory have independent exquisite packaging, and the outer packaging is added on the basis of the original packaging, which enhances the pressure resistance. Although we strengthen the protective measures, however, it is still impossible to avoid the problems that occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, extrusion, etc.
Our products have basic inventory, but because some of our products are hot-selling products, our factory adopts 020 sales mode and has many orders, so we do not rule out the possibility that some products are out of stock after ordering, therefore, the delivery period is normal in two to three days, and we will try our best to arrange early delivery. If you have goods, try to deliver them on the same day. If some of them are out of stock, they will be ready within three days. Please forgive me! If you want to place a large number of orders, the delivery date and payment method need to be confirmed after negotiation with the customer service.
Our default express delivery is fast, Zhongtong Express, and express delivery every day. If the delivery is not reached, we can use postal parcels. Other express delivery cannot be delivered. Contact customer service for large items to cancel the freight and delivery, and the logistics fee will be paid on arrival.
Solution to shortage problem: generally, we will contact the consignee to inform the reason of shortage, and obtain the consignee's consent to change the style or color, etc. If the consignee cannot be contacted, the default principle is to deliver as much as the goods can be delivered according to the order. The remaining payment will be returned to the purchaser in full amount.
The buyer himself is requested to sign the package after checking it in person. If it is found that the quantity does not match and the goods are damaged, Please seal it as it is and refuse it immediately. Contact the owner immediately in front of the courier and return it after my confirmation. Once signed, our factory will not bear any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same problem occurs after others sign for it, so please sign for it yourself!
Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our factory. However, we have the obligation to make every effort to help customers solve this problem. Our factory will use logistics double-layer packaging, padded buffer, compact stacking and other methods to avoid the occurrence of damage incidents. Please check the quantity and appearance of the goods with The Courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please sign and confirm by courier.
Question 1: The Courier refused to open the check together.
Solution: You must take the express bill after signing it, and return it to the Courier after checking it.
Question 2: The Courier refused to sign to confirm the missing amount.
Solution: You can write down the phone number and name of the Courier.
Return without reason: in case of return or exchange requirements, the customer must ensure that the goods are well packaged, unused, and the products are not damaged, which will not affect the secondary sales of the goods. (If the returned goods do not meet the standard, the website will charge a handling fee of 30% yuan), and the freight for return and exchange without reason shall be borne by the buyer.
Subjective defects: the products of our factory are all good and inexpensive, and they are worth the price. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is rough and defective after receiving the goods. They are not good materials, which are different from what they imagined, but these are not quality problems, no matter what products are not perfect, too picky buyers please detour, our pictures are taken in kind, all sizes are measured manually, 1-2cm error is normal.
Return and exchange: return conditions --- the quality problem of the product itself leads to the lack of proper functions of the product itself. We will return and exchange the product, however, the resulting freight is borne by the buyer (most of the problems can be solved by simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery riding position, connecting the thread..., and selling toys will repair the toys). Other reasons such as poor sales, not as good as expected... and other non-product quality problems, we will not provide return or exchange!
Product quality: our factory will pass many inspections during production, after delivery and before delivery, and deliver the products only after they are completely qualified. However, various uncertain factors will lead to the loss of product functions.
Pictures and real objects: 100% of the product pictures are taken in kind, which can truly reflect the actual situation of the product itself. However, due to factors such as light and shooting level, there may be slight differences between the pictures and the real objects. Due to market changes and other factors, our factory may adjust the color and packaging method of products and outer packages. Please refer to the actual situation.
Others: although what we do are all fine toys, for perfectionists or those who have strict requirements on products, please turn around and make an elegant detour.
Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions, etc. The estimated transportation time we give you is for reference only and is not used as the content of the contract, it is not used as a reason for returning goods.
