Customization Instructions:

1. The product can be customized according to your needs, with the option to change materials, colors, and control the cost of production to meet customer requirements. It can also be redesigned and customized based on customer needs.

2. If you need a prototype, the typical prototype period is 3-7 days, with a prototype fee ranging from 200 to 500 yuan, depending on the complexity of the order. If the order amount reaches 10,000 yuan, the prototype fee will be refunded. We can also make prototypes based on customer drawings or samples.

3. When adding a customer's logo to a prototype, if the logo requires a mold, the cost for a metal mold is usually 600-800 yuan, while the cost for a rubber mold is usually 100-200 yuan. For multi-color logos with larger areas, the cost for a screen plate can range from 100-2000 yuan (the mold fee is non-refundable).

4. Customized logos provided by customers are subject to a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces. For factory stock styles with additional printing of logos, the minimum order quantity per color is 200 pieces.

5. Product packaging, each package is independently thickened with an oPP bag, the number of boxes is determined according to the actual situation, and the packaging is seamless. The outer box has double-layer packing straps, which makes it more secure during transportation.

Payment terms: A 30% deposit is required upon placing the order. The remaining 70% of the balance must be paid in full before the shipment is made. If you are concerned about the quality, our factory accepts any kind of inspection before the shipment.

After-sales service: If a quality issue with the product is caused by the factory, consumers can return the product to the factory for free repair. If there are any issues with usage, consumers can consult the factory at any time for the correct usage method.
