Section Two: After-sales Instructions

Please open and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier after receiving them. If you have signed for the delivery, it indicates that the quantity and quality of the goods are in order. We do not accept any return or exchange requests.
Exchange for a refund.
Please inspect the goods in front of the courier, if you find any problems, please have the courier witness it and immediately contact our customer service staff.
If the quantity or goods do not match the order, the courier personnel should act as the witness and contact customer service to determine the facts before making up the stock or exchanging the goods.
If the quality of the goods is the problem, please provide relevant photos as proof, and contact customer service to confirm the facts before returning the goods, exchanging them, or sending replacements.
If it is only the customer's side that wants to return the goods, please contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods, and reach an agreement before returning the goods. You will bear the return freight, and we do not accept returns and exchanges beyond 7 days.
The shipping costs will be borne by us if there is a problem with the goods within seven days after receipt, such as wrong goods, short shipments, or quality issues. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. If there are any problems, please contact us for processing. After seven days, any problems will be borne by the customer personally.
