(1) customers should inspect the goods in front of the Courier. If you find any problems with the goods, please let the courier testify and contact our customer service staff immediately.
(2) if the number or goods do not match the order, the courier shall make a certification and contact the customer service to confirm the fact before replenishment and exchange.
(3) if it is a quality problem of the goods, ask the customer to issue relevant photos as proof, and contact the customer service to confirm the fact before returning, exchanging or reissuing.
(4) If the customer only wants to exchange the goods unilaterally, please contact the customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods and reach an agreement before returning the goods. The return and return freight is borne by yourself, and the return and exchange will not be accepted within 7 days.
  Relevant freight description within seven days after receiving the goods, if it is our responsibility, if the goods are sent incorrectly, less delivery, quality problems, etc., the freight will be borne by us, otherwise the return freight will be borne by the customer. If you have any questions, please contact us in time to handle them. After seven days, any problems have been borne in person.
