Usage:
place the sterilizer on a flat desktop.
Open the lid and put quartz sand into the inner container; The number of quartz sand should not be too large (not more than 80% of the inner container volume).
Turn on the power supply; Turn on the power switch, the heating indicator light is on, and the heating starts at sterilizer at the same time.
After heating for 10 to 12 minutes, insert the tools to be sterilized (such as scissors, razor, etc.) vertically into quartz sand.
Heat the tool for about 20 to 30 seconds, and put on gloves to take the tool out for use.
When the temperature of the sterilizer liner reaches 200℃, the heating indicator light will automatically turn off, and the heating will stop sterilizer; When the temperature of the liner decreases, the heating indicator light will automatically turn on, and the sterilizer will automatically heat up.
Maintenance:
1. It is recommended to use alcohol pad cleaning sterilizer frequently, and do not use industrial solvents or frosted products for cleaning.
2. Sterilizer should be placed in a dry place.
3. If sterilizer fails, please ask professional personnel to check.
Note:
1. Make sure that the used voltage is consistent with the sterilizer voltage, otherwise power is prohibited.
2. Make sure that the power supply is well grounded.
3. Sterilizer must be placed on a flat desktop when working.
4. Sterilizer must be placed out of reach of children when working.
5. If there is no Sterilizer within quartz sand, sterilizer is prohibited.
