Purchasing Terms and Conditions:

1. Manufacturer's supply:

Manufacturers direct supply, short production cycle, and guaranteed products. Due to market circulation needs, most products are neutral packaging. Customers with special requirements or custom needs should contact customer service. Customers who do not contact customer service directly indicate their acceptance of the product. We mainly do gift industry, and all products are packaged in gift boxes. The gift boxes of each batch may be different from the pictures, but the changes are not large. Customers who are concerned should confirm with customer service before shipping.

2. About sizes:

The size is measured manually, and due to factors such as different measuring tools and methods, there may be certain errors, which is unavoidable and please understand.

3. About color:

All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. The colors have been checked. Due to differences in color contrast and color temperature of computer monitors, there may be some color differences. Please refer to the actual items. The color of sprayed products is random.

4. About Customization:

For custom-processed products, we require a 30% deposit as a down payment to cover the initial costs. Once the bulk order is completed and photographed, we will confirm with the client or send samples. Before the shipment, the remaining balance must be paid in full to arrange the shipment. Customized products are non-refundable and exchangeable, so customers are advised to carefully consider their orders.

5. About after-sales service:

Glass products do not have after-sales service except for damage. Since they are made by machine, minor bubbles or mold patterns are normal phenomena. For spray-colored products, the colors are applied later, and long-term friction or scratching by hard objects, exposure to the sun, etc. can cause color loss. This is normal and does not constitute a quality issue. Customers who require high standards or are sensitive to these matters should be cautious in purchasing. We cannot claim that the products are excellent, but they are worth the price. Once the product is purchased, it indicates that you have agreed to the above statements we have made.

6. About Shipping:

Due to our large shipment volume and inventory fluctuations, please contact our customer service to confirm whether the product is in stock before purchasing. All products do not include shipping fees. The logistics shipping cost, either collect on delivery or prepaid, is generally the same (if different, our customer service will inform you in advance). 7. About Damage Compensation:

Glass is a popular product in packaging due to its cleanliness and hygiene, but it cannot avoid damage during transportation. The postal law has included it as a fragile item. The compensation rules for fragile items are: "Transportation allows a 3% damage rate. For any damage exceeding 3%, the supplier will compensate." Please provide photos of damaged products within 12 hours of receiving the goods (a single photo can show the number of damaged items), and we will timely consult with you to resolve the refund or reissue. Without images, it will be considered as a waiver.

8. Sign Receipt Instructions:

Logistics companies may also experience missing items during transportation, so please inspect the goods upon receipt (checking the packaging for damage and ensuring the quantity and product satisfaction) before signing for them. If there are only a few items or missing pieces, please refuse to sign and write "missing/damaged" on the parcel form. Please also contact us in time, and we will handle the situation appropriately. If there are problems after signing, we will be unable to help, and if someone else signs on your behalf, it will also be considered as a signed receipt. We hope that our customers will understand.

9. About logistics:

Timing: Generally 2-10 days (shorter in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui, longer in remote areas). Self-collection logistics is cheaper, adhering to the principle of 'to the city but not to the district, to the county but not to the town.' You need to go to the city or county logistics station to self-collect, as the location is uncertain and there is no online tracking information. Delivery logistics can be delivered to the door but not up the stairs, with fast speed and high price, and there is tracking information. You can also send it by Dewang; wholesale shipping in a full box does not include shipping, and the freight fee should be consulted with the customer service.
