售后须知 1， 如需退货，需保证退回宝贝未使用过，在签收后7天内联系客服退货事宜，且不影响二次销售及承担运输风险：需要承担来回运费，因长途跋涉退回来的包装箱+泡沫都无法使用，需要扣除每件包装费用30。

3， 保修服务：灯具2年质保，自购买之日起，正常使用情况下出现的电器故障，2年免费保修（保修服务的范围只限于维修或更换故障配件）。45天内质量问题，可以包邮补发配件，45天后，需要客户承担运费进行补件，而配件费用则需要看是如何破损而定夺。
以下情况不能享受免费保修服务：①.电源使用不当、安装不当而造成的损坏；②.使用错误或不适当修理、改装所造成的损坏；③.错误或疏忽使用不适当配件而造成的损坏；④.因其他意外而造成的损坏。
