Return or exchange reason:

We have the right not to handle returns or exchanges without any explanation.

This station refuses to accept any express parcels or registered mail that require payment upon delivery under any circumstances.
If the sold goods are no longer available for sale, whether large or small customers, they will not be exchanged.

If the product is not suitable and needs to be returned or exchanged, please bear the round-trip shipping costs by yourself. (Retail products that are not full boxes or bulk orders do not support returns or exchanges. A 30% return factory depreciation fee will be charged for returns.)

2: We commit to shipping within 24 hours under normal circumstances. Our shipping time is 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM will be dispatched the next morning. If shipping within three days may be due to temporary stockouts, temporary shortages, or other unforeseen factors, we will actively contact the buyer on the third day to negotiate solutions.
